I like the size of the pill. very easy to swallow. vitamin B complex should be taken better in the morning otherwise you will end up with endless night. good support for you metabolism and reduce tiredness

Good value for money and does the job.
400 IU. UK NHS recommends 400 IU. Mayo Clijic in US recommends 400 IU to 600 IU. Do not take a higher dose unless told to by your GP due to toxicity issues.
These are quite small and easy to swallow. They had no taste, but it's not like you are going to suck them to find out. Suitable for vegans and British made.
Since I started using this product, my nails have grown and look unbelievable. I bought them for energy etc but I couldn't believe the effect on my nails. They just grew and grew and within 2 weeks I had the most beautiful nails. I'm on my second tub now and will be continuing. I love all Natures Aid products, reasonably priced and very good.
