G-Bomb contains 10 grams of micronized L-Glutamine per serving, as well as 500 mg of calcium in the form of calcium pyruvate and 100µg of calcium L-methyl-folate, the active form of the vitamin folic acid. Folate is involved in normal amino acid synthesis, contributes to normal blood formation, reduces fatigue and tiredness, and plays a role in cell division. The formula also contains Ashwagandha root extract, also known in ancient Ayurvedic medicine as rasayana, which translates as rejuvenating agent. The daily dose also includes inositol, choline and naringin. Inositol, a vitamin like substance, is a group of molecules with a similar structural formula to glucose and involved in cellular signalling and cell growth.
